Great story, Vlad! Maybe you can find some use for the Garlic Card - just because it has garlic in the name doesn't mean it's garlic specific. Try some ginger! Also, I totally sympathize with you - food allergies can be such a pain in the patoot. If I even look at a strawberry, my throat starts to swell up!

Thanks Abby! I agree, people need to pay more attention to garlic! Fresh garlic, dried garlic, and garlic salt should be staples in any spice rack. Thanks for reading!

As a proud Gilroy native, I thank you for spreading these fascinating facts about garlic! Garlic is the one flavor that is usually taken for granted, often being lumped in with carrots and onions and the other "starter" or gateway vegetables. Thanks for the great posts, the humor and the info! - Abby

The Galic Card was used in a brazen attempt against my life, by using the Card's superior gating abilities to turn garlic into a fine powder, which was then placed into a batch of cookies baked by a neighbor, in connection with the anti-me conspirators. It didn't work, because the cookies were chocolate chip, and I don't eat chocolate chip cookies. Only snickerdoodle. But before I destroyed the conspirators, I asked them how they grated that garlic so fine. And they told me the Garlic Card.
